This stage defines project logistics. Items include but are not limited to: destination, shipping method, access schedules, flooring, electrical and data, staging, live center cutover details if applicable, and production and delivery time frames. We also finalize floor plan approvals and any remaining details prior to production.
Once shipping and delivery dates are confirmed, we conduct a review to ensure variables such as cable lengths, tile cut outs, power requirements, and implementation staging are accurate. Shipping details are also committed. Packing is critical and affects offload staging, storage, and timeframe for delivery of the shipment.
